Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

During holidays, promotion or sale season, the processing time may be extended.

Once an order is fulfilled, order confirmation and tracking will be sent to the email address the order was placed under.

Pre-orders:

Items purchased under "pre-order" will be processed once full stock becomes available (on or before the date shown). Purchasing via pre-order does not mean the order has been processed and will be shipped at that time.

International Taxes and Duties

Orders to not include any taxes that may be incurred by your country's policies. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with these, your order will be shipped back to us and you will be liable for the additional fees and taxes incurred for returns and re-delivery. we recommend checking your local customs website for further information.

Unclaimed/Undelivered Parcels

We will first track your order before issuing refunds for undelivered parcels to ensure it is not lost.

Failure to pick up your missed parcel in due time will result in the shipping companies returning your parcel to us. Under no circumstance are we liable for unclaimed parcels or if the address provided is incorrect. A refund will be processed once the parcel has been received by us.
